You are asking if life is worth living. It sounds like there is something going on for you at the moment that would make you wonder this? We would be concerned to hear that you are wondering if life is worth living.  

 

We want to assure you that life is absolutely worth living; there will always be some challenges in life and this is normal and something everyone can get past with a bit of help and support from the right people. You are so important.  

 

Have you tried speaking to anyone about how you are feeling? This could be a trusted adult, such as a parent, aunt, uncle, older cousin, teacher, coach or youth worker?
