You’re asking what you can do to feel calm. It must be tough when you feel that you’re not calm.
There are many different emotions that can leave us feeling stressed, uncomfortable, or overwhelmed. Feeling sad, angry, anxious, or lonely can all make us feel this way. Have you thought about what it is that makes you feel like you’re not calm?
