We are so sorry you feel this way. We understand this must be very hard and want you to know that we are here for you. This is a safe space. Feeling alone can be difficult and its ok to feel this way. Often, it can help to chat to someone. Are there any adults in your life you can confide in? A parent, teacher relative or a friend? Reaching out can often be a positive step. Often when we speak to someone it can help us to feel less alone. We understand you may feel sad because of feeling so alone. Please know we are always here for you and can help.
