If you ever feel unsafe, it is critical to contact emergency services immediately at 999 or 112. In Ireland, Túsla, the Child and Family Agency, is there to help ensure that all young people live in safe environments. They have social workers whose job is to make sure that young people are protected and supported. You might need the help of a trusted adult to access these services.

 

Please consider talking to a trusted adult about what you’re experiencing. This could be a teacher, a relative, or a family friend.
