It’s very brave of you to contact us as we know it’s not always easy to talk about things going on at home.  We are sorry to hear how you feel and what is happening to you.

We want you to know that the use of physical violence is not okay, and we are concerned for your wellbeing. If you are ever in immediate danger or harm, you can contact emergency services on  999  or  112  from any mobile or landline, free of charge. 

It’s important for you to know that you have the right to feel safe in your home and it is the role of parents and caregivers to protect young people and children. 

Do you have an adult in your life that you connect with and feel safe with? It could be grandparent, other parent, teacher, aunt/uncle. It is very important to speak with a trusted adult in your life about what is happening at home. Could you share with them what is happening and how you feel?

You do not have to go through this alone and it’s important to know that it is not your fault.
