Hello, welcome to Ask Pat.
It seems that you have been struggling with negative emotions and you can’t remember the last time you were happy. This is making you wonder what the point of life is.
Exhaustion is very understandable when you are going through difficult emotions. You feel as if you cannot go on. It makes sense you may feel this way because you said there is no one you can talk to, without feeling as if you are bothering them.
