Things are really bad for me right now

Hiya things are really bad for me right now I’ve been thinking about ending things each night can get real hard beucsde I’m trying to keep on going but at this rate I honestly want to give up and I’m scared one night soon I might. I tried telling ppl around me but they thought I was doing it as part of some sorta trend what should I do

Thank you so much for trusting us with your thoughts. We know it can be difficult, but we also know how great it is for young people to share their problems. Talking about and sharing what is going on for you is a big step forward.  

You are saying that things are really bad for you right now and that you have been thinking about suicide. You say you are trying to keep going but you want to give up and you are scared one night you may try to kill yourself. You say you tried telling people around you, but they thought it was just part of some trend. You are asking what you should do. 

We are really concerned to hear that you are feeling suicidal and want to give up on your life. You have a right to get help and support with how you are feeling right now. You have the right to feel safe and live a happy life. If you ever feel like you might be about to act on your suicidal feelings, you can call the emergency services at 999 or 112 and get help straight away.  

We are sorry to hear that you are going through a tough time. It sounds like you are going through a lot. You are very brave to contact Ask Pat today. You are taking the right steps in reaching out and seeking help. You have the right to live and be happy and safe. You mention things are bad for you and that you tried telling people. It took courage for you to tell someone about how you were feeling, and we are sorry that they did not believe you or support you. You have a right to get help and support.
