what do i do if i feel like my online operator isnt being helpful for my situation

You’re asking what you can do you if you
feel your online operator isn’t helpful for your situation.
Here in Childline we are non-judgemental,
so feeling like the person you are chatting to online is not helpful for your
situation is ok. Childline is here to listen to you and if you feel we are not
doing that, it is ok for you to let the person know. You can also end the
conversation and to try again, and maybe chat with someone else here.
If you feel that Childline is not the right
space for you at that time, we can provide you with information of other
services who specialise in a particular area. Childline is always happy to chat
