You mention needing help, what might this help be like? There are a number of different people that will be able to help you, such as family members, carers, friends, other teachers, sports coaches, a trusted adult or GardaÃ. Have you spoken with anyone about what has happened? If so, how did that conversation go? You mentioned that the teachers don’t solve it, that they try. Have you spoken with your teachers about this?  How would you feel about chatting with someone else about it? Maybe someone from the list of people mentioned earlier. Â
Since you say teachers in your question to us, can we assume this is happening at school? School is supposed to be a safe place for you.
