Hi pat, my mam constantly screams at me and my sister and i’ve suffered depression from it and now my sister has tried to kill her self. what do i do?

We are really sorry to hear that this is going on for you. Having someone that is constantly screaming at you cant be easy and we would be very concerned to hear about this. Both you and your sister would have the right to get some support. It sounds like you too are also very concerned about your sister and you mention that she is having thoughts of suicide as a result of this?
Is there anyone in your life that you feel might be able to support you in relation to what is happening? is there anyone that you have turned to in the past that feel have been a positive help. Having one good adult can make all difference.
