I  feel so overwhelmed with life right now, what do I do?

Sorry to hear that you are feeling a bit overwhelmed at the moment. That sounds tough. Sometimes the different parts of our life can feel like a lot, which can lead to stress, anxiety, or feeling down.

It also mentions writing things down. This can make things feel more organised and manageable, especially if you have a lot of tasks or things to do. If you feel like you are struggling, then it can be a good idea to talk to someone such as a trusted friend or family member. It can often be really helpful to let off some steam and share what we might be finding difficult in life. The old phrase goes “A problem shared is a problem halved,” and there is some truth to that.
