My boyfriend broke up with me

hi im the one who talked about being 14 and feeling empty and having s-h problems. my boyfriend broke up with me because I was playing Roblox with a guy friend and he was manipulative, gaslighter and controlling and toxic but since I don’t ave no one I feel like relapsing. Like to attempt again.

It is never okay for anyone to manipulate you, control you or gaslight you. You deserve to be surrounded by supportive people who will keep your best interests at heart. It is important to speak to someone you trust (such as a teacher, coach, grandparent or family member) about how you are feeling. They will be able to help you find the comfort and support you need. You deserve to feel happy and safe.  

Alternatively, you could consider speaking to a therapist or counsellor, this route will provide you with a safe space to share your feelings and help you learn safer coping strategies for when you feel low?
