Thanks for trusting us with your thoughts. We know that it can be difficult to ask for help and this is a big and positive step for you. 

It sounds like you need support to help you deal with this situation with your friend! Have you tried to speak to them and express how you feel? Maybe, they feel the same way, but like you, don’t know how to start the conversation. 

Or could you share how you are feeling with someone else in your life? Someone that you trust who can listen to you in a non-judgemental manner, so you feel heard. This could be a parent, friend, or another family member. Sharing your feelings with people you know and trust can often be very helpful and make you feel better
