As a girl who squirts is it normal to have been able to do it from a young age, as I’m only 11 and it’s not been spoken about in sex Ed and I’m embarrassed to masturbate, as every time I finger myself I just spray all over my bed.

It sounds like you have been exploring with your body and that is absolutely fine. It is a normal part of our development, to experiment with our own bodies. No two people or bodies are the same, so it is important to explore and see what you like in a safe and secure way.
Ensuring that you are alone in a private, safe place is important. At home, it may be a good idea to have boundaries where family members agree to knock before entering your room/space, so as to avoid any awkward interruptions! Although masturbation isn’t anything to be ashamed of, it is considered to be a rather private matter.
Hygiene has a big part to play in the exploration of your body as you do not wish to cause any infections or discomfort which can sometimes happen. Keeping your hands and any objects you use clean will help prevent this, so do keep this in mind also.
