First and foremost, I want to extend a warm welcome to you. It takes a lot of courage to reach out, and we’re really glad you did. Please know that you’re not alone in what you’re going through, and it’s okay to feel overwhelmed by it all.

Dealing with self-harm (sh) and bullying is incredibly tough, and it’s understandable that you’re finding it challenging. Remember, these struggles don’t define you, and there are people who care deeply about your well-being. It’s important to prioritise your mental and emotional health, and reaching out for support is a brave and positive step forward.

As someone who cares deeply about your well-being, we want you to know that you deserve to feel safe and supported. No one should ever have to endure bullying or resort to self-harm as a means of coping. There are people and resources available to help you get through this difficult time.
