First and foremost, I want to extend a warm welcome to you. It takes a lot of courage to reach out, and we’re really glad you did. Please know that you’re not alone in what you’re going through, and it’s okay to feel overwhelmed by it all.

Dealing with self-harm (sh) and bullying is incredibly tough, and it’s understandable that you’re finding it challenging.
