Answer

Hey there! Thanks for getting in touch with us!

It’s completely normal for everyone to go through puberty at their own pace, and experiencing wet dreams is no exception. It’s important to remember that these changes happen differently for each individual, and there’s no specific age when they should occur. So, if you haven’t had a wet dream yet, don’t stress about it – everyone’s journey is unique. It’s totally okay to have questions about your growth and development. If you ever feel unsure or concerned, it’s a good idea to talk to a trusted adult, like a parent/carer, or even a healthcare professional like our GP. They can provide guidance based on your specific situation and help address any worries you might have.

Remember, you’re not alone on this journey. If you ever need someone to talk to or have more questions, Childline is here for you. You can reach out to us at freephone 1800 66 66 66 or connect through Live Chat at www.childline.ie. Our services are confidential, non-judgmental, and available 24/7. We’re always here to support you through any concerns or questions you may have. You’re not alone, and we’re here for you whenever you need someone to talk to.
