Being bullied can feel overwhelming and isolating, but it’s important to remember that you deserve to feel safe and respected at school. No one has the right to make you feel inferior or afraid. It’s okay to feel upset or scared, but please know that there are steps you can take to address the situation.

One thing you can do is to talk to a trusted adult, such as a teacher, school counsellor, or family member, about what’s happening. They can provide guidance and support and help you come up with strategies to deal with the bullying. Additionally, try to surround yourself with friends who make you feel good about yourself and who support you. This article from the Childline website may be some help
