Answer

Hi there, thanks for your question!

Firstly, we want to welcome you to reach out and share what’s on your mind. It takes courage to speak up about being bullied, and we’re here to listen and support you through this tough time. We want you to know that you’re not alone, and there are people who care about what you’re going through.

Being bullied can feel overwhelming and isolating, but it’s important to remember that you deserve to feel safe and respected at school. No one has the right to make you feel inferior or afraid. It’s okay to feel upset or scared, but please know that there are steps you can take to address the situation.

One thing you can do is to talk to a trusted adult, such as a teacher, school counsellor, or family member, about what’s happening. They can provide guidance and support and help you come up with strategies to deal with the bullying. Additionally, try to surround yourself with friends who make you feel good about yourself and who support you.
