These are some tips and advice to stop smoking cannabis. Before you cut down;  

-Build some structure into your day 

-Get an idea of how much you’re using 

-Think about how cannabis is affecting your life 

-Decide what you’ll do instead of smoking 

-Set a small, realistic goal for stopping.

When you start cutting down, here are some tips to help; 

-Use ‘delay and distract’ if you get cravings 

-Ride out the lows 

-Get some support
