Whether you are being bullied or just asking the question generally, bullying is never okay , whether you or someone you know is being bullied or maybe you feel that you are bullying someone, it is wrong. Every child has the right to be happy and safe and treated with respect. To be bullied by someone is something that we would be very concerned about.
