You are telling us that you don’t know what to do anymore, you want to kill yourself. Childline are very sorry that you are feeling this way and we would be very concerned for your safety. You are very brave to contact us and tell us this because you have the right to be heard, you also have the right to get help and support around these feelings.

It sounds like you are going through a very difficult time at the moment. There are services available to support you through this difficult time. www.pieta.ie is there to offer help and support if you feel ready to contact them. You may also find useful information on the website run by HSE www.yourmentalhealth.ie. The Childline website at www.childline.ie. has information about your mental health too. Alternatively the Childline phone service is open 24 hours a day at 1800 66 66 66. Perhaps we could chat a little about the way you are feeling and the reasons for these feelings. We are here to offer support and talk through some options that are available with you and you would be very welcome to give us a call. We are non judgmental and our service is free.
