It sounds like you are finding life very tough at present. Well done on reaching out to us. You also seem to be a little frustrated with how hard things are right now.

It is understandable to feel frustrated and find life hard at times, especially during Covid-19. It is important to remember all though life can be hard at times it can also be very rewarding and great, and these days will come also. 

You have the right to ask for help. Have you spoken to anybody at home or in school about how difficult you are finding life now? You would have the right to talk to a trusted adult and to get some advice and support. Do you think that this is something you could do? The adults in your life have a responsibility to make sure that you are OK, that you are safe, and that you receive the help and support you need to get through bad times.
