What do I do when I don’t feel happy at all and empty or lost?

It sounds like you are unsure about your feelings right now and that you have a couple of different feelings going on and to reassure you, that’s okay.  

Have you ever thought about writing a list of the things that make you happy, including all the simple things that are a reason for you to smile? Do you have people in your life that make you feel happy? What are your hobbies, can you spend more time doing these? A key element to feeling happy is doing the things that we enjoy. Remember, you are important, and your happiness is important. 

You mentioned that you feel empty and lost, this can mean so many things for different people. What does this look like for you? You are a unique person, you don’t need to be anyone else but yourself.
