What can I do when I'm angry

How do I get rid of anger issues? I can’t clean my room because I need more space for organizing. But to have room for organizing I have to ruin everything else to make special room for organizers!!! I’M GONNA CRY. I want to throw stuff, break stuff, cry, break down, I don’t know I just need my friend here with me even though he’s like 1000000 miles away. I have anger issues. My music won’t load. I have 5 minutes left of screen time to type this, And i just need my online friends. but my dad deleted all of them. My friends could confort me right now. Its his fault I don’t feel comfortable. UUgh

It’s brave of you to look help. It looks like you are really struggling with feelings of anger and you don’t have contact with your friends because your dad deleted them from your online game. It can be so difficult to keep calm when we are feeling the opposite of this in our bodies. Breathing exercises can help calm our bodies down in moments of anger. Finding healthy outlets for your emotions, like journaling or engaging in physical activity when you can feel your anger coming on, can also be helpful. It’s okay to feel upset, but it’s important to find constructive ways to manage those feelings. Don’t hesitate to reach out to trusted adults, such as a school counsellor or family member, for support. You’re not alone, and there are people who care about your well-being. If your anger persists or worsens, receiving professional help can provide additional support and strategies for coping.
