Alex's Answer

Very self-conscious

Your Question

After I had a shower, I picked at the layers of my skin and left marks. I can see grey lines where my nail was as well as red and yellow marks. It shows sometimes when I wear certain shirts. I’m very self conscious about it as it has been two years and hasn’t healed itself. My GP told me that I can just get some kind of treatment for it when I’m older. What kind of treatment can I get to repair my skin?
