What is an appropriate time for a teenager to go to sleep

It’s great that you’re reaching out with this question. Sleep is super important, especially during your teen years when your body and brain are still developing. Everyone’s body is different, so there isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer to what time is “appropriate” for sleep. 
It’s recommended that teenagers aim for around 8-10 hours of sleep each night to feel rested and ready for the day ahead. However, it’s also important to listen to your own body. If you’re feeling tired during the day or struggling to concentrate, it might be a sign that you need more sleep.
Finding the right bedtime for you might involve some trial and error. Experiment with different bedtimes until you find one that allows you to wake up feeling refreshed and energised in the morning. And don’t forget to create a relaxing bedtime routine to help signal to your body that it’s time to wind down.
