From what you are telling us it seems that you are a bit confused about whether you should tell your crush that you have feelings for her. You feel that she might be weirded out considering how young you both are. 

Feelings are something that we all have, and it is important that we can talk about them and that we have someone to share our feelings with. If you are unsure of how to approach your crush you would have the right to talk to someone about how you are feeling in all of this.
