From what I hear, you are saying that in your past you have had lots of questions about your sexuality and now you are thinking of identifying as a lizard. Also, my understanding is that you appear to be very open around the discussions of GSRD which is a very positive thing for you.  It sounds like the support you receive from your friends and parents and your relationship with God are important to you in the process. 

When you say you had questions in the past about your sexuality, did you receive extra supports to help you then? Are those supports available to you now in helping you with your confusion? It is important for you to know that you have the right to get help and support, so that you do not have to go through this on your own. You have the right to talk and the right to be listened to and be believed.

Have you heard about the websites www.spunout.ie or www.belongto.org? There are lots of articles on these websites which may be helpful to you in clarifying your identity.  

We would not be in a position ourselves to tell you what to do but we are certainly here to listen to you.
