We’re really sorry to hear that your sister is treating you this way. It’s completely natural to feel hurt and upset when someone you care about bullies and belittles you. You don’t deserve to be treated that way, and it is ok to feel the way you do.

It’s important to reach out and talk to someone you trust about what’s happening, like a parent, guardian, or a counsellor at school. They can offer support and advice. It’s also so important to take care of your emotional well-being and reaching out for support is a great first step.
