Did you try speaking to your friends about how you’re feeling about this? Sometimes talking about how we feel can help us make sense of things and stop us from overthinking. By speaking to your friends, they might be able to offer an explanation for not wishing you a happy birthday.

 

Perhaps you could speak to a trusted adult about how you’re feeling? This adult could be a parent, aunt, uncle, cousin, teacher, or youth worker.
