I don't like the way I look

A lot of people worry about the way they look so it is understandable if you sometimes feel this way too. As people start getting older, their body goes through a lot of changes and sometimes it can be hard to get used to these changes.

It is important to remember that everyone is different and no one has the right to make you feel bad about who you are or how you look.

There are a lot of different types of body images in magazines and on the telly. People might seem more beautiful or thinner, or bigger and more muscular. It is important to remember that everyone is different and no one has the right to make you feel bad about who you are or how you look.

If you feel unhappy about your body for any reason you have the right to get support. An adult you trust might be able to help you find out how to take steps to help you feel better about the way you look. It is important to remember that you are not alone in how you feel.
