Eating disorders are complicated problems but people can overcome them. There is treatment available in many different forms around the country. It can be hard to know when you need help, but you always have the right to talk about what's going on for you and ask for help and support. You can talk to a trusted adult in your life such as a parent, relative, teacher or you can also seek professional advice from your GP or a counsellor.
