Binge eating

A binge eating disorder shows itself when a person will eat too much food at one time and repeat this activity over and over. Sometimes a person who has a binge eating disorder will get into a cycle of eating too much, sometimes known as comfort eating, they then diet, hate themselves, and eat more again in order to make themselves feel better. 
 
     
 
Like all eating disorders it can have a damaging effect on your health and wellbeing.
 
     
It is equally common between men and women and a person who suffers with it usually feels disgusted, depressed or guilty after binge eating. Sometimes the over eating is done in secret. Like all eating disorders it can have a damaging effect on your health and wellbeing.
