Everyone has the right to have someone to talk to and the right to help, no matter what is going on for them.There are lots of different ways to get help to stop you taking drugs or using alcohol and different things work for different people. If you are using drugs/alcohol and feel like you need help to stop you have the right to help and to tell a trusted adult.This could be anyone like a parent, teacher, youth worker or counsellor. You might need professional help to stop you from using drugs/alcohol and this person will be able to help you figure out what’s the right path for you.
