What can I do if I have bullied others?

Everyone has the right to feel safe at school and at other places.

You can change your behavior and you can receive support if there has been anything concerning you which has prompted you to act like this. 

Why is bullying unacceptable?

Bullying can seriously impact upon people's lives. People who are being bullied may experience:

Loss of confidence

Anxiety about going to school

Depression

Panic attacks

Support is available
