I'm scared of getting old, it is my worst fear.

Your Question

I’m scared of getting old, it is my worst fear. I have thought to myself that I won’t live past 30, and I’ve come to terms with that myself. in the past I have dealt with self-harm and suicide attempts, but this is different. this is not because I am feeling suicidal or depressed, it’s simply out of fear. As I have said, I’ve come to terms with it. But I wonder, what do i do?
