You are saying that you are going to kill yourself if you are here any longer. It sounds like there is a lot going on for you now. We want to assure you, that you are taking the right steps in reaching out and seeking help. This is such a brave thing to do. 

We are very concerned to hear you are going to kill yourself if you are here any longer. You are important. You are special. We are wondering if you have spoken to your family about how you are feeling? It is important that you tell somebody what is going on for you right now, about how you are feeling and the thoughts you are experiencing. If you feel that you cannot talk to anyone in your family, do you have another adult in your life that you trust and can talk to? This adult can be an aunt, uncle, teacher, or a school counsellor.  

You can seek professional help too, like talking to your doctor or to a mental health professional, to share your feelings and thoughts. You have the right to be listened to and to be heard. It is important for your own mental wellbeing that you get this help and support. You have the right to be alive and you have the right to feel safe and happy.  

Here are some websites that might be of help to you www.pieta.ie; www.jigsaw.ie; www.yourmentalhealth.ie. These organisations support young people who are going through what you are going through right now. They may help you understand what is going on for you or they can offer you a direction in how to avail of other supports.
