Hello, thank you for reaching out to Ask Alex today. 

It sounds like you are having suicidal thoughts, that you want to end your life, but you do not want anyone to know you have done so. 

We are really concerned and worried that you are thinking of killing yourself. You have the right to live your life and be supported with whatever you are going through that has you feeling this way. Wanting nobody to know that you have killed yourself, seems that you are a caring person, you are thinking of how they would feel about your death.  

There are some important articles on the Childline website that may help you at this time, like www.childline.ie/why-its-best-to-talk-to-someone-if-you-have-suicidal-thoughts/ and www.childline.ie/what-to-do-if-you-feel-sad-or-stressed-all-the-time/ amongst others. You may also find support from the Pieta House organisation who work with people who are feeling suicidal. Their website is  www.pieta.ie/ .
