I think I have anxiety, I worry about everything

i think i have anxiety. i worry about things really bad, and im always really tired. ive tried reaching out to people but they dont believe me and think im being difficult. what should i do?

You say you think you may have anxiety and feel you are not believed and are wondering what to do. You mentioned also that you worry a lot and always feel really tired.  

We are sorry to hear that when you reached out to others that you were not believed, listened to or supported. You are very brave to get in contact with us and open up to tell us about your feelings. We understand that is not always easy to do so, especially when you were not listened to or believed in the past. Well done you!  

You have the right to get help and support for your feelings. You also have a right to professional help, like talking to your doctor or to a counsellor, to share your feelings and thoughts about being anxious, worrying and feeling tired. You have the right to be listened to and to be heard. It is important for your own mental and physical well-being that you get this help and support.
