Answer

Welcome to Ask Pat.

It sounds like are questioning your sexuality and have accepted that you are pansexual. You mention that you want to know what you should do.
It is a good thing to hear that you are reaching out for support. You have a right to be accepted for who you are and a right to get support. You might find it helpful to look at the following website www.belongto.org for more information about LGBT services and supports.

It might help to talk to an adult that you trust about how you are feeling such as a parent, teacher or school counsellor. Don’t forget, you can always contact Childline on 1800 66 66 66 to talk about what is going on for you. We are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our text service, 50101 and webchat service, through www.childline.ie, are available from 10am to 4 am every day. While we do not tell you what to do here at Childline, we are here to listen and support and to help you to explore the options that are available to you in your life to help you in a way that suits you.

Take care.
Pat.
