Apparently a connection fault had me talking to 4 different people when I contacted Childline

I text the service apparently it was a connection fault that 4 different people spoke to me on the 1 chat? I believe they didn’t want to talk to me. Bad experience to text service because I can not call the number.. they said they r all trained the same yet kept changing people in my chat and had to repeat myself. Don’t think I can use the service again as I already used it once.

You are saying there was a connection fault and that you communicated with 4 different people which left you feeling like Childline didn’t want to talk to you. We would like to assure you that that is not the case. Firstly, there is no limit to how many times you can get in touch with Childline or for how long you can stay on the call/engage in the webchat or text service, and secondly, you can chat about whatever you choose. You have the right to be heard and to be listened to. We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience and that you don’t think you can use our service again.  

We do sometimes experience technical issues. Also, at times, our volunteers have to transfer calls if it is coming up to the end of their shift. We do try to keep this to a minimum though as we understand how upsetting it can be when you are changed to someone new midway through a conversation and have to repeat yourself. We are very sorry this led to you believing that we didn’t want to talk to you. We would love to chat to you about what is going on in your life.
