Hi There, Welcome to Ask Alex.  

We are sorry to hear that you are suffering with migraines and headaches. We are also worried to hear that you are being bullied by your cousins, it sounds like you have had enough of this.  

You have been very brave reaching out to Ask Alex, what would it be like to chat with someone like a doctor about your migraines?  You have the right to seek medical help with this. 

In relation to being bullied, we would like to let you know that you have the right to live a safe life and to not be bullied in this way. Has it always been like this with your cousins? How would you feel about talking with your parents or your aunts or uncles about what is happening for you?
