You are telling us that you feel sad and fat. It sounds like you do not feel very good about yourself at present. You are very brave in addressing these feelings that you have, as it is very important that we all look after our mental and physical health.
We would be concerned that you are feeling sad and sometimes, feeling sad a lot can cause us to become depressed. When we are feeling sad or depressed it can be difficult to find motivation to eat well or exercise. You would have the right to get help and support around those feelings. Have you spoken to anybody about how things are for you right now? Sometimes it can be really helpful to open up to somebody we know, and sometimes, we may need to talk to a medical professional like a doctor or a counsellor. What is important is that you know that you have the right to get help.
