I don’t trust myself and I feel like I am a danger to myself, I have no control over my emotions or impulses and its getting worse, Im scared of my life. What can I do.

Hi, welcome to Ask Alex.  Thank you for your question.   

You have been so brave to reach out to us and it sounds like things are not going as they should for you right now.  

You say that you don’t trust yourself and feel like you are a danger to yourself with no control over your impulses and that it is getting worse. It sounds like there is a lot going on for you at present and perhaps there has been a build-up of feelings around certain things that might be going on for you in your life right now.   

We would be concerned to hear that you are scared for your life, and you feel like you are a danger to yourself. This is not an easy thing to be going through. If ever you need immediate help, you can call emergency services on 112 or 999. Do you have a trusted adult that you feel you could talk to about what’s going on for you at the moment, this could be a parent, aunt, uncle, grandparent, teacher, coach or youth worker?
