I feel like I hate myself. I mess everything up

i feel like i hate myself. i mess everything up and i feel overwhelmed when i must go to class and i feel like im annoying everyone. the teachers say i must go to class but i keep having panic attacks when i must go to class.n ive tried talking to my dad and the schools guidence counseller but i dont know what is happening. i dont know what is making me feel like this and i dont know my emotions anymore.

I’m sorry to hear that you have been feeling so overwhelmed. You said that you keep having panic attacks when you go to class. That must be extremely scary for you. It sounds like you are dealing with a lot of difficult emotions and feelings about yourself right now.  

You have the right to get the support that you deserve. It sounds like you have already spoken to two trusted adults in your life, your dad and the school’s guidance counsellor. Well done for being brave enough to speak to them about what is going on for you. It seems like you have not yet got the answers you need. Perhaps it would be helpful to speak to another professional like your GP. Maybe an adult in your life could help you to set up an appointment.
