It sounds like you are wondering how you would know if you are having panic attacks or if you have depression.
You have a right to be safe and a right to get help and support around how you are feeling. We understand that panic attacks and depression and the experiences of these are not easy for a young person to go through. Young people experiences of these can be felt in lots of different ways and can impact on a person’s daily life. Sometimes it helps to talk to a trusted adult, for example a teacher, your doctor, a parent or another family member. You can also find information about your mental health on www.jigsaw.ie or www.mentalhealthireland.ie.
