Informing yourself

Where can I learn more?

  • How would you feel about talking through your fears and excitements with a parent, close friend or family member?
  • Are you a reader? If so, could you find books about baby and birth?
  • If you like podcasts, perhaps you can find one which shares other women’s stories?
  • Or if you prefer television, there are many programmes and series which highlight pregnancy and having a baby

You are not alone
