Concerned my friend’s dad made inappropriate comments to her

somebody i know has just told me that her dad says things like “im sure its great to have sex with a minor because they are young and innocent” and “boys will be boys, they will do andthing to shag you, your so pretty and stuff like anyone will do anything to shag you like boys just want sex at the end of the day, i was a boy once and i used girls, i dont blame **** your pretty” he said this one due to her boyfriend breaking up should i be worried as i am the girl is 17 and im not sure what to do im shitting myself

It sounds like someone you know has spoken to you about things her dad has said to her, and you are unsure of what to do. It also sounds like you have already been very supportive by listening to what she had to say, and that you are a caring friend as you have reached out and are looking for advice.
