I was in a live chat and just wanted to know why it switched who I was talking to half way through the chat? The first girl made me feel a bit attacked , I asked a question and she said that’s not how ye do things etc. the second guy was amazing.

You say you were on a live chat and the person you were chatting to switched user and you are wondering why.
There could be a number of reasons for this; there could have possibly been a glitch in the system; either you or the person you were chatting with may have lost internet connection for a moment; the person you were chatting to may have been at the end of their shift.
We are very sorry that you seem to have had a negative experience on your chat as you said the girl made you feel that you were being attacked.
