Can't help myself adding more
Your Question
Any time i feel overwhelmed by anything that happened or if all my emotions get out at once i can’t help but get my blade and slice my skin like I’m a human cutting board or I’m playing fruit ninja on my skin. I’ve tried to use ways such as slapping a rubber band on my wrist whenever i get the urge but then i feel like it’s not enough pain to get rid of another sort of pain or even distract me from it. I hate the feeling out how guilty I am after I relapse after doing so well but it feels so good at the same time. I hate it, I don’t know what to do anymore. I hate the way my skin looks covered in cuts and scars but sometimes I really can’t help myself from adding more.
