Anxious after chat

Your Question

Hi Pat,

I had my first chat on Childline and it went horribly and I keep thinking about how bad it went, what can I do about the chat and the person talking to me?

She made me so anxious and worried I felt ten times worse and I just really want to tell someone how bad it was and how anxious they made me feel, it’s supposed to be a place where I get help and support but instead I had a panic attack after I turned the chat off, it was so hard
